Russian banks on the verge of collapse

Russian banks have been forced to take out enormous loans to keep the government and businesses afloat during Russia's current bad economic times.
Due to the war, many important companies have fallen into serious trouble, and they can no longer bear those loans.
This means that the banks hold an unsustainable mountain of bad loans.
Then there comes a moment when, as a bank, you have to admit that the vault is empty. That, in effect, you can not only no longer lend, but that everyone who still has money outstanding has lost that money as well.
And when that moment comes, and Sberbank has indicated that they are having an extremely hard time right now, then the economy collapses.
The question then is what exactly collapses. Is it only the economy, or is it the entire society that collapses?
No one knows, but banks suddenly running out of money is a serious matter. A very serious matter that could end wars. So who knows, perhaps we will hear a nice surprise from Russia soon.
