Title: Fresh Salsa

Yield: 4 Cups
6 Roma tomatoes (or 3 lg);
- diced
1/2 md Onion; finely chopped
1 cl Garlic; finely minced
2 Serranos or jalapenos;
- finely chopped
3 tb Fresh cilantro; chopped
1 Lime; juice of
1/8 ts Oregano; finely crushed
1/8 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1/2 Avocado;
- black skinned variety,
- diced
Combine all of the ingredients in a glass or stainless steel bowl.
Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve within 4 or 5 hours.
