Well, by my count, this makes 2 times that Commander Pelia has made reference to traveling with The Doctor on ST:SNW. Maybe I should go back and watch the earlier seasons to see if she has made any others. :)

Well, that is interesting! I wonder if any future Dr. Who episodes will make reference to Star Trek?

Or better yet, actually have her appear on a couple of episodes. :)

    Indeed.

A user in a Twilight Zone group I am in has also noticed those mentions in ST:SNW. They were a little disappointed that the ST writers missed another potential cross-over... there is apparently an episode where they travel back in time to when Earth was full of dinosaurs. Since mentions of other non-ST sci-fi TV shows have now been made, they were hoping an out-of-place 1960's era jet plane might fly overhead as a nod to a scene from the TZ episode "The Odyssey of Flight 33." ;)

"...if some moment, any moment, you hear the sound of jet engines flying atop the overcast —- engines that sound searching and lost -- engines that sound desperate -- shoot up a flare or do something. That would be Global 33 trying to get home... from the Twilight Zone."

Yes, that was the season premier. And they could have had the away team run into some of the folks from "Primevil" as well, especially if they are going to keep referencing British SciFi shows. :)

Maybe they'll throw in a Torchwood reference also.
