I watched Amazon's new sci-fi fantasy movie Masters of the Universe and it's
the unrelentingly fun popcorn movie that I had expected recent Star Wars movie The Mandalorian and Grogu to be

I wasn't a huge fan of He-Man when I was young though I think it'd be fun to watch it for nostalgia's sake. I'd like to see "Disclousre Day" (I've heard it described as 'the X-Files meets the Bible'). Probably "Project Hail
Mary" also.

I also was not a He-Man fan, but I think some of my (younger than me) sisters might have been.

I am not a fan of the Star Wars franchise after the original trilogy. I
keep hearing more negative things about it than I ever did positive.

I was a fan of "Episodes IV-VI," i.e. the originals, too. I did see I-III
and they were OK. I also saw VII and it felt a lot like they took the
story from the first movie of the original trilogy and rehashed most of it
with a new generation of characters.

As a result I have yet to get around to watching the last two movies of the final trilogy.

I did enjoy the "The Clone Wars" animated movie and series. IMHO, without watching that, young Anikan would have *never* seemed like a likeable
character to me. That movie and series actually humanizes him some, while
the live action movies, Episodes II and III, made him seem mostly like a spoiled young man who was always destined for evil.

In those two movies, you never see the "used to be a good guy" Anikan that
is mentioned during the original trilogy, but you see the good in him in
The Clone Wars.
