Hi everyone,

My first anime was "Goku: Midnight Eye", a bizarre and very dark two-episode cyperpunkish anime from 1989. From Google:

"In Goku: Midnight Eye, a rogue private detective named Goku Furinji investigates a string of police suicides in a futuristic 2014 Tokyo. After facing a mysterious enemy, he receives a cybernetic "God's Eye" to control global computer networks and an extending metal staff, using them to take down underground crime lords and a rampaging cyborg supersoldier."

These days, it kinda reminds me of "Johnny Mnemonic" in a way.
