I am a fellow Pi addict, I currently have 10 Pi 2 Zero W, 1 Pi Zero, 3
Pi 3B and 4 Pi 4. And ordering a 400 and Pi 5.
My BBBS runs on a Pi 4 with 64bit Raspian. Most of the Pi 2 Zeros are weather related running Cumulus MX

This idea I like, especially for an advertising unit

I don't mind sharing my code - only requires a Raspberry Pi and a
physical BUTTON... can be used for ANY CRT television - or current
monitor for that matter...

I've just setup an Rpi5 for my home automation stuff. 6 security
cameras run well. I've added and boot from a 1tb USB NVME and have a Google Coral attached. I just need to add a USB microphone/speaker and
I'm good. It came with a POE hat and fan but it really doesn't give it enough power. I'll probably remove the hat and get a case with a fan.
