    Hello everybody!

    Effective immediately, the following changes are being made to the network:

    1. NIX_ADMIN requires real names, and is restricted to NixNet SysOps only. All other areas allow handles/aliases.

    2. There is now a NIX_AUTO echo for automated posts such as the DistroWatch, file announcements, etc. To prevent unnecessary duplication of messages, prior permission is required to post in this echo.

    All Hubs, please let me know via NetMail that you have these changes implemented for your nodes.

    Who uses their real name anyway? Well, I do but I have no way of
    telling if Fred Jones is really Alfred Smith. I don't get this rule on
    BBS's these days. That said, I just force all groups to use real name
    and let the user decide if they want to use their real name at sign up.
    It's not something I police.
