Go to the file transfer section, bbs related, and download subs.txt
Go into your sbbs config, and create a new message area, and import subs.txt
Go then in scfg go to networks, qwk networks. And you will see the dove-net message area. Create a new qwk network area and call it hobbyspc. Copy the command used to connect to dove-net, but change it to hobbyspace.synchro.net. It will look something like qnet-ftp %s hobbyspc.synchro.net *your password* This is the password you used to create the username for your qwk network account.
Telnet to hobbys-space, and setup an account. Easier if you use the same user id that you used for Dove-net. It will ask you during the sign-up process if this account is for qwk messaging only. Select yes. Once you logon and get to the qwk network menu. Go to configure, and turn on headers.dat and all the .dat files, turn on allow polls, and word wrapping. Make sure you select the correct message areas for download. Select only the ones in hobby-space. Turn off all the other message areas. Make sure your message pointers are set correctly, so it downloads the old messages.
