I just uploaded an Excel file containing all th areas I have configed for Hobby-Space QWK including the Network Conf#'s. I susspect that it's possible the Network #'s dont match betwen you and I and posts are going in the wrong area. If that's the case you or I wll have to make the change to match each other. When you get the time look over the sheet and let me know whar doesnt match on your side and we'll figure it out.

Oh.. I FTP'd it into the BBS Related area. You may want to delete it from the system one your grab it so it's not available for everyone.

I noticed the response from Ron on Dove-Net. I checked my areas and I have all of my subs with max messages of 5,000, Purge By Age is Disabled and Duplicate Checking set to 10,000. Have you had a chance to checked yours yet and compare my QWK setup to what you have and see if I made a mistake somewhere? Also, I saw that we can MOVE messages from one sub-group to another to clean up the unrelated posts in the wrong sub boards.

I haven't messed with it yet. I know I don't have a max message limit and all the purging is disabled on my end. I am hanging out at hospice with my sister. She doesn't have much longer to live.

Thanks man, me and my brother went up there and hung out with our sister yesterday. She was coherent too! Will-E is my brother, so we talked about it a little, while we were there. Also, the word-press server. We never had an issue with a slow word-press server, when me and my brother ran one. We always ran them on a "real beast" of a rig. Even the old bbs we ran back in the day was on a server, with 64 core cpu,

Not sure if you had a chance to look at the Excel Speed sheet I sent ya to compare what I have for the network Conf#'4 and what you have yet. Apparently looks like LOUNGE was #1 on my list and #5 on your list. I re-mapped the 1st 5 Conf#'s numbers and I see some new posts in Lounge now and not in de-classified aliens.

Can you confirm LOUNGE starts at 3001 and goes in order to 3019 USOS? I'm assuming it's in order based on how they are listed on your Hobby-Space Area. Thanks! :)

I just sent you a screenshot of my scfg to show you what my conference number option says. I bet they are in the order you assume though, because that's how synchronet does dynamic conference numbers

sorry, I just realized I have been using the wrong terms - LOL. Still new to some of this stuff. Conf#'s and Networked Subs are two different things. Duh! Sorry about that. My Subs for Hobby Space are all dynamic was well, it's the Networke Subs #'s that I was off in the numbering and things were going in the wrong spots.

I hopping to fix this and maybe I can MOVE mine in the right area and also be able to put back some of the missing posts you had cause I still have them. We will have to see. ;) I may just completly redo my side of the HobbySPC QWK from scratch once I know I have the right order and such :)

Ahhh, gotcha! See, I don't know much about the hosting side of QWK. Sorry to bother you so much. I think I might have it under control now. I will watch my side for a bit to see if anything weird goes in the wrong pace over here.

Do you have any other BBS's hooked up to your HobbySpace QWK areas? Was I the only one with issues?
