I seen a trailer for a new xbox game called Osiris Reborn, that looks totally dope. I love it when new games come out, and try new formulas, and mechanics. For so long developers have just been recycling the same mechanics and formulas and it's starting to get stagnated. No game comes out as a certain genre. They try to stuff mechanics into games that aren't in a specific genre. They are scared to take risks. It's collapsing the game industry. Big tech. buys up the rights to great games, and then ruins them. People are getting tired of it. I see a gaming crash, like the one in 1983, coming very soon. I hope it does, because we spend all this money on a loved hobby just to get a realistic game with bland mechanics and to be frank, very boring. The last great generation of gaming was the Xbox 360/Ps3 generation. They found formulas that work, then ran them in the ground the next two generations. I can have more fun playing Metroid on the Super Nintendo, than a modern game with all the expansions, costing upwards of a 100 bucks. It's a sad state to see.
...Any club that would accept me as a member, I wouldn't want to join.
