Check this out guys, I think it is a legitimate, leaked memo. It was brought up to congress under oath, however 3 letter bureaucracies, have denied the allegations. Go figure right?
The "Wilson Memo" (also known as the Wilson-Davis Memo) is a controversial 15-page document that purportedly describes a 2002 meeting between Dr. Eric Davis, a physicist and defense contractor, and Admiral Thomas Wilson, the former director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).
Key Claims and Status
The document gained significant public attention after being entered into the official Congressional Record by Representative Mike Gallagher during a May 2022 House Intelligence subcommittee hearing on UFOs.
Content: The memo alleges that Admiral Wilson discovered a secret, "unacknowledged" special access program (SAP) involved in the recovery and reverse-engineering of extraterrestrial craft. It claims that Wilson was denied access to this program by a corporate contractor despite his senior role in military intelligence.
Declassification vs. Leak: The memo was never officially "declassified" because the government has not formally acknowledged it as an authentic government document. It is widely considered a leak, first surfacing online in 2019 after allegedly being found in the files of the late astronaut Edgar Mitchell.
Authenticity:
Admiral Wilson: Has repeatedly denied that the meeting ever took place and called the document a fiction.
Dr. Eric Davis: Has generally declined to comment publicly on its authenticity, though some researchers claim he has confirmed its existence in private or off-record settings.
Congress: While it was entered into the record, Pentagon officials testified during the 2022 hearing that they were "unfamiliar" with the document or its claims.
Other "Wilson Memos"
The term may also refer to distinct, officially declassified historical documents:
The 1953 Wilson Memo: A memorandum by Secretary of Defense Charles Wilson regarding human medical experimentation policy and the Nuremberg Code.
1943 Roosevelt/Wilson Memo: Declassified records involving Rear Admiral Wilson Brown, a naval aide to President Franklin D. Roosevelt.
