    I was reading that CBS did the foul-up cut-off. Global TV
    (Canada) offered the whole thing to the very end.

    I was curious as to why it was called "100th." He is not 100
    years old, so he's not been in the business that long <grin>,
    and he's certainly played more that 100 concerts in his
    career.

    It's the 100th one in Madison Square Gardens, and sold out each
    time.

    This was his 100th monthly concert in MSG. This is his residency, much like it
    would be in Vegas.
