Stop building Baja modules during installation
With the command shells and the FTP client ported to JavaScript, the only
Baja source left in exec/ is matrix.src, an optional light-bar logon
module that no stock or default configuration uses. Building it on every install is not worth a makefile of its own, so exec/GNUmakefile and exec/Makefile are removed along with the installer's baja step.
A sysop who wants matrix.bin can still compile it with the baja utility,
which is unaffected and still built with the other utilities.
