    ---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

    Title: Mocha Fudge
    Categories: Candies, Fudge
    Yield: 2 Pounds

    2 c Sugar
    2/3 c Evaporated skim milk
    1/2 c Butter
    12 lg Marshmallows
    1 tb Instant coffee granules
    Salt; a few grains
    6 oz Semisweet chocolate morsels
    1 c Pecans; chopped
    1 ts Vanilla extract

    Preparation time: 10 minutes

    Combine first 6 ingredients in a large saucepan. Cook over medium
    heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring gently; boil for
    5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add chocolate
    morsels to marshmallow mixture, stirring until melted. Add pecans
    and vanilla, stirring well. Spread evenly in a buttered 8" square
    pan. Cool and cut into squares.
