    Sugar Free Chocolate Fudge

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    16 oz Cream cheese -- softened
    2 oz Unsweetened chocolate --
    - melted & cooled
    1/2 c Sugar substitute
    1 ts Vanilla extract
    1/2 c Pecans -- chopped

    In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, chocolate,
    sweetener, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour into an
    8" square baking pan lined with foil. Cover and refrigerate
    overnight. Cut into 16 squares.
