    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: No Bake Blueberry Cheesecake
    Categories: Cheesecakes
    Yield: 1 Cheesecake

    1/2 c Sugar
    2 tb Corn starch
    3/4 c Water; cold
    1 pt Fresh blueberries
    8 oz Cream cheese
    3 tb Confectioners' sugar
    1 ts Vanilla
    1 Graham cracker pie crust
    - (8")

    Mix sugar & corn starch in medium sized saucepan. Stir in water
    until blended. Add 1 cup blueberries. Stir over medium heat until
    mixture thickens & comes to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer 2 minutes,
    stirring constantly, until berries release their juices. Remove
    from heat & stir in remaining berries. Cool to room temperature.
    Beat cheese, confectioners' sugar & vanilla in bowl until well
    blended. Spread over bottom of crust. Cover with blueberry mixture.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours or until well chilled.
