8 oz Low-fat yogurt;
- lemon or orange
1/2 c Cranberry & orange relish
1/4 ts Ground nutmeg
1/4 ts Ground ginger
1/2 c Oregon hazelnuts;
- roasted & chopped
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and chill. Serve with fresh
apple slices (dipped into lemon juice) or pineapple chunks.
