    Title: Savory Cottage Cheese Spread
    Categories: Spreads, Ukrainian
    Yield: 1 Batch

    2 c Cottage cheese
    2 tb Thick sour cream
    1 Egg; hard cooked, sieved
    1/4 ts Caraway seed
    1 ts Fresh dill; chopped
    1 ts Green onion or chives;
    - chopped
    Salt

    Press the cottage cheese through a sieve and blend well with the
    cream and sieved egg. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Season to
    taste. Chill thoroughly. Spread on thinly sliced rye bread and
    sprinkle with paprika.
